The submission of information to MNPRO is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions, included without limitations that you agree to (i) provide MNPRO with full and unrestricted rights to publish, use and reproduce the information in connection with the MNPRO services without infringement of any third party rights, (ii) guarantee the accuracy of the information, and (iii) indemnify and hold harmless MNPRO from any cost, damage or liability arising out of or related to your failure to comply with the foregoing obligations.
